In such cases, it may take 2-3 weeks for delivery. We kindly ask that you check the stock status before purchasing.

● Engraving on the memorial tablet
The engraving fee for one posthumous name is included in the product price.
The default is machine engraving in Kaisho-tai (block script).
The text color will be gold or white.
The front side will be engraved with the posthumous name, and the back side with the date of death, secular name, and age.

The layout will be as specified by our company (please refer to the image).

Please choose between ebony or rosewood and reply via message.

Please note that the image is a sample, and the actual wood grain and color may differ.

Please provide the following necessary information via message:

◆ Layout for engraving on the memorial tablet (e.g., single person, couple, ancestor, unborn child)
◆ Posthumous name to be engraved on the memorial tablet (Please note that old characters are often used for posthumous names, so please enter them accurately without any errors. Also, if you wish to engrave 位 or 霊位 after the posthumous name, please include that.)
◆ Deceased's name (If you wish to include secular names, etc., please include them.)
◆ Deceased's age (If you wish to include 行年 or 享年, please include them. Please also note the difference between 才 and 歳.)
◆ Date of death (If you wish to include 没 or 寂, please include them.)
◆ Presence and type of Sanskrit characters (Sanskrit characters vary by Buddhist sect.)

● Returns
Please check the product immediately upon arrival and contact us if there are any defects.
*Please contact us within one week of receiving the product, including the date of receipt. We may refuse returns after this period.
We accept returns only for defective products, such as engraving errors due to our mistake.
Due to the nature of the product, engraving cannot be redone (as it will leave a mark). Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
