[Detailed Product Description]
The black, round Multi-Function Roaster from STAUB's Roaster series comes with a glass lid featuring a nickel-plated knob. Because it's glass, you don't need to lift the lid, so moisture is retained, keeping meat juicy and vegetables full of flavor. With two handles on either side, this roaster is very practical to handle and can be stored away after use to save space.

The STAUB Multi-Function Roaster is made of cast iron, making it ideal for sautéing and braising. Cast iron heats evenly, ensuring food is cooked perfectly even at the edges. As a result, meat quickly develops a beautiful sear, sealing in its juices. The interior is enameled and features a honeycomb structure at the bottom to drain excess fat. The Multi-Function Roaster can be used on all types of heat sources and in the oven. You can quickly prepare many delicious and healthy dishes without burning, and without long waiting times.

- Ideal for sautéing and slow-cooking meat, fish, and vegetables
- Glass lid allows you to see the contents
- Black matte enamel finish is suitable for crisp searing and is particularly resistant to wear
- Suitable for all heat sources, including induction, and can also be used in the oven/grill
