● About Engraving on the Memorial Tablet
The engraving fee for one Buddhist name is included in the product price.
The default is machine engraving in Kaisho-tai (block script).
The text color will be gold or white.
The front side will be engraved with the Buddhist name, and the back side with the date of death, secular name, and age.

The layout is as specified by our company (please refer to the image).

◆ Buddhist name to be engraved on the memorial tablet (Buddhist names often use old characters, so please write them accurately without any mistakes in characters or phrases. Also, if you wish to engrave 位 or 霊位 after the Buddhist name, please include that.)
◆ Deceased's name (If including secular names, please include those as well.)
◆ Deceased's age (If including age at death or posthumous age, please include those. Please also note the difference between 才 and 歳.)
◆ Date of death (If including 没 or 寂, please include those.)
◆ Presence and type of Sanskrit characters (Sanskrit characters differ by Buddhist sect.)

● Returns
Please check the product immediately upon arrival and contact us if there are any defects.
* Please contact us within one week of receiving the product, including the date of receipt. We may refuse returns after this period.
We accept returns only for defective products, such as engraving errors due to our mistake.
Due to the nature of the product, engraving cannot be redone (as it would leave marks), so we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
