This is a Showa-era retro Kerorin bucket (S size).
Unlike the standard Kanto version (no mark) or Kansai version (B),
this is a special item for the Yugawara Onsen Yukake Matsuri (hot water splashing festival).

It is lightweight and thin for easier water splashing,
and has a slightly more translucent color than usual.
There is an S mark below the Mutuwa stamp on the back.

It is said that this bucket was manufactured only once during the Mutuwa (Mutsushoji) era
and was exclusively shipped for the Yukake Matsuri,
making it a rare item that will not be available again.

This bucket has been used, so it has dirt, scratches, and mineral deposits from the hot spring.
