Antique Baby Doll JAPAN Doll Retro Baby Doll One Piece

Description
Antique-Retro Doll, with a sleeping eye design, approximately 25cm in size.
This doll is part of a collection from an acquaintance's aunt.
It is said to be about 40 years old, but it is in very good condition.
There is no maker's mark, but カメオカ is written at the base of the neck. ⑩
Is it a Cameoka product? I would like to ask someone knowledgeable to tell me more.
It's a baby with a gentle face ?
This listing is for the baby with closed eyes, but I also have one with open eyes, so please let me know if you're interested. (There is a black dot on the cheek.)
The size is about 25cm and the width is about 11cm.
A hand-knitted hat and romper are also included. (The flower on the hat is a simple arrangement with artificial flowers inserted. The thread holding the heart on the chest may be loose.) ?
The head and hands are made of bisque, and the rest is fabric.
Only the head can be detached. Please tighten the string firmly when reattaching.
I believe it is a miraculously beautiful item with no stains, so what do you think! Thank you.
