This is an unused Marusoku hammer that had rust. It has been polished and coated with rust-preventative clear paint. It is made of steel, not stainless steel. It was originally gold plated.
Like the Iyo-gata and Shikoku-gata Nada hammers, hammers in good condition are becoming rare, so please consider this if you are looking for one.
This is a personal item kept in storage, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive about such things.
