This is a German-made bisque doll purchased in France about 40 years ago.
It is a very elegant doll.
Made by Hilde Strahowitz in West Germany.
It is a one-of-a-kind, handmade item, including the face.
The dress has an elegant velvet design with a lovely brooch.
The details are meticulously crafted.
The body is also sturdy.
I purchased it in France because I liked it at the time (costing around 100,000 yen at the exchange rate then) and have kept it as part of my collection.
There are no chips or cracks found on the bisque parts, but the dress shows some color fading.
It is approximately 53 cm tall.
This doll has an atmosphere that seems to guide you into the world of Mariko Mikuni.
