Morita Makoto's Training Methods for Living Richly with Your Beloved Dog has sold 30,000 sets in the three years since its release, making it likely the best-selling dog training educational material in Japan.
The dog training method used is a simple approach that utilizes authority and acceptance.
Specifically, when a dog exhibits undesirable behavior, a message of No! (authority) is conveyed.
As a result, the dog enters a state of anxiety, but this is followed by acceptance to thoroughly alleviate the dog's tension and anxiety.
The process involves accepting all of the dog's psychological states with human affection until the dog begins to trust you.
Mr. Morita Makoto, who implements Morita Makoto's Training Methods for Living Richly with Your Beloved Dog, achieved a perfect victory, ranking first in all events, at the TV Champion 2 1st Bad Dog Training Championship broadcast on TV Tokyo.
