Product Description
In developing the Supotto Cushion, we established a method for measuring the three-dimensional shape of the buttocks when a person is seated.
We measured the buttock shapes of men and women of various ages and body types sitting at three angles: 90°, 110°, and 120°.
Based on this buttock shape data, we repeatedly prototyped, measured, and verified to eliminate discomfort and reduce differences due to gender and body type, finally completing the optimal shape.
To evaluate the final seat shape, we conducted body pressure distribution measurements and sensory evaluations, and the cushion received positive feedback from over 80% of participants.
