Liquid silicone rubber for mold making is broadly divided into condensation types, which mainly release alcohol during curing, and addition types, which have no reaction byproducts, depending on the curing reaction type. Each has different characteristics and must be used appropriately according to the application.

This is a representative grade of general-purpose type. Both have low viscosity and excellent workability. They cure at room temperature by adding a hardener. KE-17 is a product that prevents unevenness in dyeing and painting of reproductions, and also cures with hardener CAT-RT.
CAT-RM is a hardener with rapid deep curing properties, suitable for making thick master molds.
It is used in a wide range of applications, including casting polyester resin, urethane resin, epoxy resin, etc. for making buttons, accessories, dolls, art and craft products, various food samples with vinyl sol, decorative candles with wax, and master molds for lost wax casting, as well as for reverse molds for low melting point alloys with plaster.
