■ OTTINETTI / Italy
Founded in 1920. For over 90 years, Ottinetti has been a leading Italian manufacturer of cookware and bakeware, particularly aluminum products. While preserving traditional methods, they have pursued and researched excellent design. They exclusively use safe A1050 aluminum and continue production without relocating from Baveno in the Piedmont region of Italy, ensuring the provision of safe products. Classic Ottinetti pots, made of aluminum, are valued for their excellent thermal conductivity, light weight, and ease of handling, making them indispensable in the kitchens of trattorias serving traditional Italian cuisine and in homes.
