This is a Hida Sangyo (Woodpecker Mark) FK265 Lennon Bench from the Kikage series.
I have used it with my dining table for about 13 years. The seat cover is removable and washable. I used a mat on top of the seat, so I don't think there is much dirt or fading.
It has a backrest for stability and can comfortably seat two people.
The wooden parts have minor scratches, scuffs, and signs of use from regular wear, but there is no major damage, and it is still in usable condition.
