Santa Maria Novella was born in Florence, Italy, with a history dating back to the 13th century.
It is said to have originated when monks cultivated and blended herbs and flowers to heal people.
This monastery later became the Santa Maria Novella Church.
Even after becoming a brand favored by royalty and nobility who built Florence's prosperity, including Napoleon, it continues to inherit the methods developed by the monks and is produced based on recipes from that era.
While state-of-the-art equipment is introduced in their own factories, some products are still made by hand, one by one, even today.
