This is something you receive when you pray at Zojoji Temple.
I have many of them and feel bad about disposing of them, so I'm listing them here hoping someone, perhaps a foreigner, will use them.
Zojoji Temple in Shiba has Tokyo Tower behind the temple buildings, and the design is very Japan-esque, so I think it would be a welcome souvenir for overseas visitors who like Japan.
