Konica C35FD Black / Hexanon 38mm f1.8 [Tested and Serviced]

For sale is a 1973 Konica C35FD in black with a Hexanon 38mm f/1.8 lens. The Konica C35FD allows for shutter-priority AE shooting and manual shooting.
The C35FD is a high-end camera for advanced users. Black-bodied working models are rare and this is a scarce camera. Accessories include a NIKO LMC-1 filter and an aftermarket metal hood.

Camera Condition
There are scuffs and scratches from age and use. The bottom cover has noticeable scratches around the battery compartment cover.
Regarding the optics, there are some unremovable scratches, dust, and mold marks on the viewfinder and lens. There are no malfunctions that would affect normal shooting.
Flare may occur in oblique or backlight situations, so it is recommended to use the hood.
The light-shielding foam (malt plane) has been replaced. There are no light leaks. Tested with actual photos. X-sync confirmed.
The characteristic looseness of the lens barrel on the Konica C35FD remains. This is a phenomenon also seen in the Canonet GIII series and does not affect actual images.

Notes
* Due to the use of an alternative battery, slight positive compensation is required (approximately 1 stop positive ISO setting).
This is less of a concern for negative color film, and fine-tuning can be done after reviewing the actual photos.
* Winding becomes heavier with film loaded. The sprockets are small, and the camera is prone to frame skipping if forced. Please operate gently.
* When setting to B (Bulb) mode, always press the silver lock lever on the left before setting.
* To set an arbitrary aperture, use the Flashmatic mechanical program. The aperture will change depending on the distance based on the ISO and guide number settings.
* When setting the ISO, press and hold the lever while setting.
* Please note that the distance ring will only rotate within the program's range.
* Until the light-shielding foam settles, please open and close the back cover carefully with both hands.
