Leica's codename VIOOH (12000) refers to an external viewfinder, commonly known as the Imarect finder.
The finders for Barnack-type Leicas are designed for 50mm lenses. If you change to a lens with a different focal length, you will need an external finder compatible with that lens.
However, with this single VIOOH, you can cover focal lengths from 35mm to 135mm!
This finder is also called the Imarect Finder or Erect Image Vidom.
It was manufactured from around 1939 to 1964.

【Exterior】
The exterior is beautiful with no scratches or dirt, as shown in the photos.

【Operation】
Operates smoothly.

【Optics】
Due to servicing, all operations are very smooth, and above all, the finder is clean and a pleasure to look through! (Visual inspection, subjective)

☆This is a used item and may have minor scuffs and scratches consistent with its age. Much of this is subjective. The photos show everything included, and the photos take precedence over the description. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about the condition under strong light sources like LEDs, are nervous, or seek perfection. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds after purchase for any reason.
