YASHICA Electro 35 GL (with case) Camera

This is a rangefinder camera from the 1970s.
Includes body case cover and lens protector.

Selling because it has been left unused.

Regarding the product condition:

- Shutter operates.
- Power check lamp lit up with replacement batteries (LR44 x 4).
- Focus ring, aperture ring, and ASA setting ring turn.
- Shutter can be released with the self-timer.
*While the above operations have been checked, the camera has not been tested with film, so operation cannot be guaranteed.
Please purchase only if you understand this.


- Some scratches and dirt on the body.
- Small dust (?), inside the front lens.
- Slight thread mold visible on the rear lens (likely won't significantly affect image quality).
- No scratches visible on the lens.
- Film compartment cleaned & light seals on the back cover replaced (included as a service with leftover light seal material).
- Some corrosion (?) in the battery compartment. Cleaned with ethanol.
- Blue-green corrosion on the battery lid side. Could not be removed with ethanol.
- Slight distortion on the strap lug hardware. Seems to be within usable limits.

Considering it's from the 70s, the lens is in relatively good condition.

Included are the items shown in the photos, and a 51mm lens filter that I had on hand.
The camera body and leather cover are included. A strap is not included.
