This is a junk item. It has been very unstable since around March of this year, sometimes booting up and sometimes not.
When it doesn't boot, it beeps 5 times.
It has been clean installed with Windows 11.

The PC case is warped and wobbly. Two of the feet have come off and are secured with double-sided tape.
It has been cleaned as much as possible with compressed air, but there is overall signs of use.
As this is a custom-built PC, please consider it a junk item.
