This is a lashing belt for securing cargo, fuel tanks, and cooler boxes on personal watercraft. I used it to secure my fishing rack.
I no longer need it as I have stopped fishing with my jet ski.
It is dirty, but there is no corrosion on the metal parts.

The ratchet part is made of stainless steel.
The hook part is coated metal.
The hook has a wide opening and is designed to prevent slipping.
It is used by hooking it onto the gunwale.
I used it on Yamaha and Kawasaki jet skis.
I am not sure if it will fit Sea-Doo.
I purchased it for ¥16,000 a few years ago.
This is a product that can only be purchased at specialty stores.
I believe the manufacturer was Factory Zero.
