Extremely rare, used by Tsuyoshi Nagabuchi himself

Description
Extremely rare item: Tsuyoshi Nagabuchi LIVE RUN FOR TOMORROW 2012. Received as a gift from an associate on August 15th. It has E written on it, possibly for Tonbo (Dragonfly)? Used during the performance?
Another seller on Mercari listed a similar item from the August 15th live show with a different initial, which I believe confirms the authenticity of this item. The price will increase next week.
I have not used it since receiving it from a tour associate.
I have intentionally not disinfected or cleaned it. It has not been tested, so its usage status cannot be determined.
It has been stored at home for over 10 years.
There are scratches and dirt. Poster not included.
No case. Ticket stub shown in photos is not included.
Would this be suitable for someone who understands these conditions, a fan, a collector, or an enthusiast? No claims, no returns, please.
