The power does not turn on.

April 2025: Purchased used.
Since then: Used for sports broadcasting approximately 5-8 days per month without any issues.
August 2025: The power suddenly shut off during use...
To be precise, it was being used as usual until that day. After turning the power off once and attempting to use it again, the power would not turn on...

I acknowledge that the packing for transport to the venue may have been insufficient...

・Until it became unusable, it was an excellent camera with no problems whatsoever.

*The exact cause of the malfunction is unknown (likely related to the power system?).

*There is a crack on the lower part of the lens frame (?) (Photo ⑤).
