Elm has a structure where wood fibers are intertwined, making it resistant to impact and less likely to split, making it ideal for a firewood splitting block! Photo 4 shows the block being used for batoning by a campfire and for making bamboo stakes for gardening. The more you use it, the more character it gains!

Oil Finish: Made with 100% domestically produced linseed oil.

Although it takes time and effort, we incorporate a boiling process (Photo 3) to create a high-quality block. This washes away dirt and sap, resulting in a superior product.

Production process: Boiling → Air drying → Indoor drying → Shaping → Oil finishing.

Wood Specific Gravity (Reference for strength and hardness):
Elm has a high specific gravity of approximately 0.7. It's a resilient wood, and you'll experience strength beyond its numerical value.

Compact size for easy portability when camping! In addition to batoning, it can be used for a wide range of purposes such as shaving fatwood, as a lantern stand, or as a trivet.

Due to the nature of wood, cracks may develop over time.
Avoid storing in direct sunlight or near heating appliances.
