The Shinagawa Anka is a historic metal charcoal warmer for mame-tan, first released in 1959 by Shinagawa Fuel (now Shinagawa Shoko). It is an eco-friendly and natural heating appliance that reduces carbon monoxide with its unique oxidation catalyst, providing warmth for a long time (approx. 10-24 hours) with just one mame-tan.
It is valued not only as a Showa retro heating appliance but also for use in sleeping bags during winter camping and as a non-electric heating source during power outages.
Mame-tan (charcoal briquettes) are not included (this is for the warmer body only).
There is a slight dent on one side.
Please note that there is rust on the buckle due to age.
It does not affect usability in any way.
This is an early to mid-period Shinagawa Anka, so the internal design differs.
