This item was installed in a Windows 7 computer purchased about 12 years ago. It was used for about 2 years and then stored after being replaced with a Blu-ray drive.
I confirmed its operation with Windows 11 with a disc inserted.
The reason is unknown, but it could not be opened without a disc inside, so I disassembled it, inserted a disc, reassembled it, and confirmed its operation.
It can be used by changing discs as needed.

As this is an old product, other malfunctions may occur.
Please only purchase if you are able to handle any malfunctions yourself.

There are tape marks on the back and other scratches, so please check the photos before considering.

I would be happy if someone looking for old items or who likes PC parts would purchase this.

If you purchase this item together with other items I am selling, I will offer a discount as much as possible.
Please let me know in the comments if you wish.
