Description

There is rust all over this item.
I live in a 50Hz region, but this item is for 60Hz regions. I confirmed that the LCD lights up when plugged in and powered on, and then immediately unplugged it. Therefore, I have only confirmed that it powers on.
I am listing this at a low price, so I am looking for buyers who can use it for parts, as a junk item, or for research purposes.
