Purchased used 19 years ago, refurbished by the well-known Nagoya Piano Tuning Center in Nagoya.
Used for about 8 years after purchase, then played only occasionally before being listed for sale.

Located in the Nagoya metropolitan area.
Kept on the first floor of a detached house.

I am a complete beginner regarding pianos, so I may not be able to answer many of your questions.

There are minor scratches, rust, and deterioration consistent with age. I cannot confirm everything, so please forgive any overlooked scratches.
Please understand that this is a used item sold as-is.
No claims or returns accepted.

Regarding shipping:
Set to 4-7 days for payment on delivery, but I intend to use a professional moving company. Please cooperate with arrangements.
Please arrange for movers yourself.

This is my first time selling a large item, so I am inexperienced.
Thank you for your understanding.

I am not in a hurry to sell. After purchase, there are no time constraints for removal and piano moving, but please complete within six months. Some flexibility is possible.

I will do my best to accommodate your schedule.
