Yamaha Upright Piano U1H

Yamaha Upright Piano U1H
Selected by a specialist, this is a well-sounding unit that has been regularly tuned.

We are offering a Yamaha U1H (black), a standard upright piano.
This is a U1H with a clear attack and a rich, extended mid-low range, characteristic of its excellent sound.

It's easy to balance for home use and is a model that beginners can use for a long time.

[History and Condition]
Three years ago, I visited Takemoto Piano directly and, after playing and comparing multiple units in their warehouse, selected this one for its superior tone and condition.
At the time of purchase, it was inspected by professionals for its internal condition, and basic maintenance such as key polishing was performed.
The current user is my 6-year-old daughter, who uses it about once or twice a week for approximately 30 minutes. It has been tuned every year (3 times in 3 years) and has been carefully maintained with moderate use.

[Condition]
1. Sound Output: All keys are functional.
2. Pedals: All pedals are functional.
3. There are minor scratches from normal use, but there are no issues with playing or functionality.
*A stopper has been attached to the key cover to prevent children from pinching their fingers. Please let us know if you would like it removed. Insulators are also included.
A piano bench is not included. It is intentionally omitted as many users prefer to choose one that matches their height and playing style.

[Reason for Selling]
We are planning to move and would like to sell it to someone who will cherish it.
(It is also listed on other marketplaces, so it may be removed early.)

[Shipping]
As this is an upright piano, please arrange for removal and delivery by a professional piano moving company.
The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs and arrangements.
It is currently stored in a condominium with an elevator, and there is a history of piano movers handling removal.
We can accommodate the movers on the day of pickup.
Shipping Origin: Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture (Nearest Station: Utsunomiya Station)

[Notes]
Due to its large size and weight, cancellations or returns based on the buyer's convenience are generally not accepted. However, we will respond in good faith based on Mercari's terms and conditions if there is a significant discrepancy with the product description. Please feel free to ask any questions or request additional photos. The price has been set with consideration for the market and to appeal to those who prioritize condition.
