KAWAI Upright Piano KU-1 with Cover & Bench, Height Adjustable

KAWAI Black Upright Piano
KU-1

- Brand: KAWAI
- Model Number: KU-1
- Color: Black
- Type: Upright Piano

All keys produce sound properly.
All three pedals are functional.

The piano has not been tuned for a long time as it has not been played. Please check the records.

The piano has been covered and the bench has a lace cover, so there are no noticeable scratches from impact, but there is age-related deterioration.
There is a crack in the last image, which is hidden by the cover.

The cover will be included as is.

Pickup only, please.
Location: Odawara City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
Alternatively, please arrange for a shipping company yourself. The piano is located on the first floor of a detached house. It can be moved directly out through the sliding door, but a tree in the garden may require casters or similar. Alternatively, it can be moved out through the entrance immediately next to the room, in which case there are no obstacles.
A large vehicle can be parked on the premises.
* If you have a large vehicle, you will need to park on the road in front and move the piano. However, as it is a narrow road, please park elsewhere until the move and only block the road when loading.
In that case, it is a congested area, so you will need to be mindful of the time of day, such as early morning.
The storage location is my parents' house, not my registered address, which I will provide via private message.

If you have an approximate plan or idea of how you will move it, please let me know in advance in the comments. I will check if it is possible.
I cannot assist with the moving process, so please ensure you have enough people to carry it out.

For those who understand that this is an item with age.
For those who understand that tuning is essential and that parts may need to be replaced or other repairs may be necessary.
Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfection.

No claims, no returns.

Thank you for your understanding.
