This is a pattern similar to the blanks from Magnum Craft and G-Craft.
It is called ura-maki or carbon reverse.

The thinner one is a perfect fit for the sleeve of the C.R.S.T. original CMM reel seat shown in images 2 and 3.

I searched extensively for pipes with this pattern but couldn't find any, so I had them custom-made at a factory.
This is not a sticker or paint.
The surface is an unsanded finish.
