Julius Feurich 1905 Upright Piano

This is a German-made Feurich upright piano from 1905, featuring hand-carved gold ornamentation.
I purchased it four years ago after it was serviced by a top-tier tuner, but I am selling it due to moving.
All keys have been confirmed to produce sound.
Please tune it yourself before use.
The previous owner was a wealthy doctor, and there are signs of maintenance such as overhauls, but I am not an expert and details are unknown.
The tuner mentioned that it is in very good condition for its age, but as it is an antique piano, regular tuning is likely necessary. I am looking to sell it to someone who understands this and appreciates antique pianos.
As it is quite old, please handle any necessary maintenance yourself after purchase.

The piano is located on the first floor with 15 outdoor steps, so it will require hoisting from the outdoor stairs. This will likely cost around ¥10,000 more than standard delivery. Accessories include casters and a leather-upholstered round stool. Thank you.
