YAMAHA Grand Piano G2 Used in Piano Lessons, Tuned Within the Last 6 Months

This is a YAMAHA Grand Piano G2.
It has been used in a piano lesson studio.

We are selling it because we are replacing it with a new grand piano.

We purchased it used 3 years ago and have been using it in our studio annually with tuning.

It is perfectly suitable for home practice or as a child's first grand piano.

Personally, I find the touch to be light and easy to play.

As this is an older piano, there is a crack in the soundboard.
However, it can still be played without issue and is in good enough condition for hobbies or practice.

Some keys produce a slightly muffled sound, and you may notice a faint percussive noise. While it is playable, adjustments may improve these aspects if they are a concern.

[Exterior]
There are some age-related scratches, but no major noticeable damage.

[Moving Out]
The piano is currently located on the 3rd floor of a commercial space.
It will need to be moved down stairs.
When this piano was moved in, the cost for transport from Osaka (1st floor) to Hyogo (3rd floor) via stairs was approximately 80,000 yen.

The buyer will be responsible for all moving and transportation costs.
