Description
It appears to say Takeho Saku but I'm not sure.
The tip is broken and missing.
Paint is peeling on the lower tip.
No other noticeable damage seems to be present.
One rod (the one with black ends) is loose when inserted, so it seems to be from a different set, but I will include it.
