Description

This is the SKULPT, a compact synthesizer from Modal Electronics in Bristol, UK.

I also own Modal's ARGON 8 synthesizer, and their designs are fantastic.
It has a tactile knob feel and produces authentic synthesizer sounds.
Please listen to some demos they've uploaded to SoundCloud:

It supports DIN MIDI IN/OUT.
It also has SYNC IN/OUT, so those in the know can connect it and have fun.

Additionally, it comes with a cover or lid for the main unit. When covered, it looks like a cute, large bento box. It detaches with a snap. I've included a photo with it placed on a MacBook for size comparison.

It can be powered by Micro-USB or 6 AA batteries.
I used it with the AC adapter from a FirstGoogle Mini.
The leg-like parts on the back of the unit serve as the battery case.

No accessories are included. I apologize. The manual can be downloaded from https://modalelectronics.com/manual-archive/.

I haven't used it extensively, but as it's a plastic-cased item that's been manufactured for several years, there are signs of use.
Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
I have reconfirmed that it powers on and produces sound.
