■ Excerpt from the TOPMAN HP:

TOPMAN has been crafting gloves in Miyake Town, Nara Prefecture, known as the Town of Gloves, since the early Showa period. Leveraging experience in crafting gloves for several professional baseball players at a certain baseball equipment manufacturer, the company became independent as TOPMAN in 1997, handling all processes from cutting and stitching to lacing and finishing.

[Glove Making]
Based on each customer's handprint, we create custom patterns for all parts that form the foundation of the glove, tailored to size and requests. Each piece of genuine leather is then carefully cut. Refined artisans then stitch the cut parts together with a sewing machine to create the glove's prototype. The laces are threaded through each hole by hand. In the final stage, the glove is shaped and meticulously finished to ensure a perfect fit, resulting in a one-of-a-kind glove that perfectly suits the wearer's hand.
TOPMAN's greatest appeal lies in its concept of one-of-a-kind gloves, and we strive daily to bring joy to our customers.
