*There are several small scratches from a cat jumping on it a few times. They are not easily noticeable at first glance, but you can feel a roughness when you run your hand over the surface. (See images 15, 16)

Purchased in November 2018 and used for approximately 2 years.
After quitting lessons due to the pandemic, it was rarely used and was stored covered in a location away from direct sunlight.
We have confirmed that it operates without any issues within normal usage.

There are scratches and peeling, as shown in image 14.
We also own a small dog and a cat, and the main unit was kept in the same room as the pets during the usage period.
It has since been moved to a different room for storage.
The cat only jumped on the bench, never on the main unit.
However, as shown in image 17, there are faint circular scuff marks all over the glass panel.
We have not cleaned it in a way that would cause this, so we are unsure how they occurred.
We have cleaned it as thoroughly as possible, but please understand that this is a used item stored in a private home. We ask for your understanding regarding these points.

Regarding shipping, please arrange for a specialized shipping company and handle the procedures yourself.
The item is located in Mishima City, Shizuoka Prefecture. The installation location is on the first floor of a detached house, with 5 stone steps leading up to the entrance.
