This is a power adapter for the Electone HS MDR-3P and two connection cables. The main unit is not included!! When the MDR was repaired, I received the same adapter and two cables. I am now selling them because I have sold the MDR and no longer need them. The operation was confirmed before selling the MDR. How about this as a replacement for those who own an MDR-3P and whose wiring has deteriorated? Although they are quite old, they have been properly confirmed for connection, so I recommend them.
