BBCH Practice One-Handed Bat Training Bat Aluminum Bat 63.5cm
12.47 $
Description
I purchased this about a month ago and used it a few times, but it's no longer needed, so I'm selling it. The price is set higher than new, but I've replaced the grip tape with a non-slip one. I think it's a better deal than buying new!
A compact, one-handed bat that can be used indoors!
By practicing with awareness of your top and bottom hands, you can intuitively understand how to use each arm, which is expected to improve not only bat control but also hitting distance!
Practice with awareness of not turning your wrists (palm up).
⇒ By practicing with the image of keeping the bat on the ball for a longer time after contact, you can expect improvements in your hitting accuracy and distance!
Aim for the inside of the ball so that the bat doesn't stray from your body.
⇒ While controlling the power of your top hand, if you swing with the image of the bat moving from inside to outside, you will naturally develop an inside-out swing!
