The weight is divided into three parts.
This disperses the impact felt in the arms (i.e., the weight),
creating a structure that feels light from the swing start to impact.

By swinging without straining, you can achieve a faster head speed at impact.
The head accelerates from impact and pushes through even more strongly, creating the longest and fastest impact zone.
