My Neighbor Totoro Jump Rope

Description

This appears to be a souvenir sold at the Ghibli Museum in Mitaka.
I purchased it at an exhibition held in Tennozu Isle.
The bag has been opened, but it has not been used outdoors.
There are some areas where the paint seems to be peeling, but I believe this was intentional from the start.
