This is an adapter for RotoToms.
Insert the RotoTom center bolt into the black part and attach it to a percussion stand for use.
I purchased this used and used it for one summer, but I am now listing it for sale.
There is age-related deterioration and considerable signs of use, but it was still usable.
Depending on the compatibility with your RotoTom, the insertion opening for the center bolt may be slightly loose.
Please understand that this is a used item.
