It contains information on French violet varieties and their history, as well as literature, art, opera, and films related to violets, and perfumes and sweets made with violets as an ingredient.
There are minor, unnoticeable scuffs on the front and back covers, similar to those shown in image 9, but the book is generally in clean condition.
