Description

Japanese Fishing Rod, 4.5m, 5 Sections, [Tachikawa] Brand
Received this rod from a friend and have never used it since receiving it.
The bag says Shinpo Saku and is marked for carp, but I'm unsure if it matches the rod inside.
Upon inspection, I found no cracks in the joint sections, but there are some cracks in the black paint. I tried connecting and casting it, and there seemed to be no wobbling or unusual noises.
This is an old, used rod, so would it be suitable for someone who understands this?
