I received this several years ago but have kept it stored away as I couldn't use it. I'm unsure of the manufacturing year, but it has 019 engraved on it.

If you are able to come to Tanba City, Hyogo Prefecture, you are welcome to inspect it in person before deciding.
It will be carefully packaged and shipped via Yu-Pack.
As packaging is a hassle, I will offer a ¥20,000 discount if you can pick it up.
