Shimano Hitenkyu Senko X 19 Shaku

Introducing the Hitenkyu Senko X, the latest addition to the Hitenkyu series of carp fishing rods, meticulously designed for specific fishing techniques.
This long, lightweight model embodies the pinnacle of cutting-edge industrial technology.

Catching fish brings joy. When a longer rod is needed to overcome finicky bites,
Shimano continuously strives to meet anglers' expectations.

A revolution in long rods. Spiral X technology achieves both lightness and power. A new proposal for rod length settings that redefines the concept of long rods.

The fifth generation Hitenkyu Senko is now the Hitenkyu Senko X, equipped with Spiral X. Pursuing the ultimate functionality of a long rod and aiming for a tool that makes fishing easier, the adoption of Spiral X was inevitable. To achieve the three core performance aspects most desired in long rods – casting lightness, operability, and strength – at a high level, Spiral X is indispensable. The apex of the finely drawn curve is close to the hand, resulting in a small bending moment, creating a product that is gentle on the user yet powerful. Performance in chochin fishing has also significantly improved compared to previous models. Furthermore, the gentle flex of the entire rod makes long rod shallow depth set techniques, which were previously difficult for lightweight long rods, more accessible, bringing expert-level skills within reach.
Even if a hooked fish runs far out, the Senko X's structure will stop it. This lightness and resistance to twisting, coupled with its inherent power, is only possible with Spiral X. Because Spiral X provides power without affecting the rod's weight,
Shimano can create rods with various balances.

Efficiency and systematic design will only improve from here. The sleek grip, which doesn't look like carbon material, is a moist carbon grip that is non-slip and easy to cast, regardless of hand size. The feel of this grip also contributes to the lightness of the Hitenkyu Senko X.
An unprecedentedly high-performance, lightweight long rod with enhanced overall performance has been born.
This is my personal impression after using it.
First of all, it's light! The strong muscle carbon in a wonderful, unique color!
What surprised me the most was that the bait landed in the exact same spot every time.
The Senko X is easy to cast and finished with a lightweight feel!
Even for someone like me who isn't the best at placing bait, this rod was incredibly easy to handle!
I can comfortably cast with dam mud balls and double-bait setups!
When I was fishing, I realized it's a truly powerful and reassuring rod.

Why not take this opportunity?
It's in beautiful condition and comes with a warranty. Thank you.
