Charging Issue: When the charger is connected, the screen lights up and displays the Fitbit logo and time, but the battery level does not increase from 1%.
The device powers off within seconds to minutes of disconnecting the charger, making it impossible to use as a tracker.
The screen and exterior of the main unit have minor scuffs from use, but there are no noticeable cracks or major scratches.
