It's quite compact, so when I confirmed with Mizuno, they said it was designed so the protector wouldn't ride up when the catcher is in a squatting position. I bought it thinking it would work, but the catchers on my team are over 178cm, so it was unpopular and we ended up buying a different one. I polished it, but it has been used for one game.
