The power turns on, but I don't have a GALAXY device to test its full functionality. However, I've confirmed that the bezel movement and touch panel operation are working without issue, so I believe it's usable.
It's fully charged, but the battery is depleted and doesn't hold a charge well. I recommend replacing the battery when you purchase it.
