Breaking a long silence, the Chinu Competition Special has been reborn with overwhelming operability.
Particular emphasis was placed on ease of casting.
By making the tip to #3 high modulus and high density, we have suppressed the fluttering of the rod during casting, which is common with soft-action rods. Control performance and long-distance casting power have dramatically improved. #4 to the butt section are finished flexibly, and the action is set to bend smoothly all the way to the butt section. In other words, during operation, it is slightly tip-heavy and taut, exhibiting a different kind of operability than before. During the fight, it transitions to a tenacious action, creating an ideal action that floats the black sea bream without agitating it.
Furthermore, by making the entire rod slimmer, we have suppressed rod bending in strong winds, allowing for stress-free use even in adverse conditions. The tip is equipped with the newly developed Super Top II. This ultra-delicate tip, with a diameter of 0.75mm and excellent strength, exhibits outstanding sensitivity for submerged searching. The reel seat has also been meticulously designed, using carbon-mixed resin Tough Light for weight reduction. Rubber coating and dot rubber are used for anti-slip. The seat is lightweight and offers excellent grip.
In addition, a special cushioning material Noise Feeder is used between the seat and the blank to absorb shock. This suppresses excess vibration and expresses the soft fishing feel characteristic of black sea bream rods, despite its taut action.
Various cutting-edge features are gathered, resulting in the birth of a technical rod worthy of its competition name.
