Pioneer Laserdisc Player CLD-919 Pioneer - Playback Not Possible
25.74 $
Description
This is the CLD-919 convertible laserdisc player, originally sold by Pioneer.
We have confirmed that it powers on.
(As shown in the images, the display is working, and the tray opens and closes correctly.)
We inserted a CD and an LD, but the player did not recognize the discs, so we were unable to play them.
We could hear the motor and gears operating the lens unit when inserting the disc, so it is possible that the disc cannot be read due to deterioration of the lens itself.
The exterior appears relatively clean to the untrained eye, but there are scratches visible on the upper right side of the wooden panel on the front.
This product is not functional for playback.
Please consider it for parts or repair.
