[Wear the cutting-edge health management device on your finger] The Evofit is convenient to use just by wearing it on your finger. The ring is equipped with 3 types of sensors, allowing you to measure your health data anytime and easily understand your physical condition. The stylish ring design offers excellent comfort, making it easy to wear all day without burden or worry of it falling off, so you can also use it as a fashion accessory.
[Sleep Management and 24h Health Management] Health management is possible with the smart ring's optical sensor, weight sensor, and red light sensor. When you sleep with the ring on at night, you can check detailed sleep information the next day via the app, such as the duration of light sleep, deep sleep, and REM sleep, as well as the number of times you woke up. Sleep quality evaluation and advice are also displayed. In addition, other data is precisely and continuously measured every 5 minutes, allowing you to check detailed daily data and fully support you in achieving your fitness goals.
[Measure Exercise Volume with 8 Exercise Modes] The smart ring can measure your exercise volume in real-time through the app and can be used as an activity tracker. The app allows you to select from 8 exercise modes: running, walking, hiking, cycling, jump rope, dancing, yoga, and golf, enabling precise calorie calculation, distance measurement, step counting, and pace calculation during exercise. This allows you to understand the status of each workout, effectively enhance exercise effects, and maintain exercise motivation.

Pairing with your smartphone is maintained as long as the dedicated app SmartHealth is running. It does not maintain a connection in the background; it temporarily stores data on the ring and automatically synchronizes when you connect next.
